Every system includes 512 MB working memory (guaranteed, no dynamic distribution), 10 GB hard drive space, 50 GB traffic per month, one nightly back-up of the entire system (guaranteed 3-day-retention-period) as well as email support (in case of managed systems guaranteed response time 4 hours, 7/24). COSTS

This PDF includes all costs, we were able to standardize: hosting price list. Additional standardized prices for eased system and support services are available upon request.

 

DURATION TIME

Every system as well as all additional options can be cancelled up to five weeks to the end of the month. Additional options with usage-depending calculation (back-up, traffic) do not have to be cancelled. For all further contract details please see General Terms and Conditions.

 

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made usinf standing order, debit note, or Paypal. Due date is the beginning of the booked month. Individual charges are due 14 days after billing.
